In this meditation you are invited to revisit a time in your life when you were particularly happy, to go back and remember how you felt at that time and remember the feeling of joy. If a you don’t have a particular memory which invokes that feeling of happiness and joy you are invited to create one, to make a memory of your own, a new memory that makes you feel happy and joyful.
